The only problem was shipping. It cost me more to have it shipped to me then the parts I was getting. If the would of just put them in USPS it would of only cost 50 cents. But I got my parts and I move on. Thank you for your service.
Steve, thank you for the review. I understand the shipping cost frustrations, they are getting expensive and we try everyday to figure out a better and less expensive way to move product across the US. Fortunately the UPS’s & FEDEX’s have excellent tracking information as well as a very high success rate of getting your package to your door step on time and quickly. We have tried other options with a number of difficult outcomes which has moved us back to the two major freight organizations. The hardest thing is to tell a customer we can’t seem to locate your order and no real way to track it properly to ensure final delivery. I know this sounds like a song & dance and we wish we had an easy cheap answer to this concern but there is no really good answer currently. Rest assure we are trying to find the golden answer.
